bird drawings

I did my Saturday shift at the newspaper today. It was incredibly slow - so I did a couple of bird drawings, and was happy to come across another Sydney blogger, katiecrackernuts who (I'm not entirely sure) but may work in the same building as me. Click to enlarge. xxxx

Reject Samples

I just got a request to post a pic of the sausage dog sample we weren't happy with. So here he is. They made his head hang low, making him seem depressed when he's supposed to look cheerful and happy (see post below). They also got some of the cat samples wrong (you can see the correct cat here). Even though Hayley said that the skinny pink cat looks like the runt of the litter, I really love it. It's become my office mascot and I feel extremely maternal towards it! Click to enlarge. xxxx

More Sausage Dogs

In my spare time the other day I decided to trace out the wireframe of our 3D sausage dog. It took ages but it was really relaxing. Also for work I did a photoshop rendition of how it should look knitted. The first sample came back looking awful, so I thought it might help the ladies knitting it to get it right.

Hopefully...

I got the new software, and made some changes to my blogger account, so hopefully my technology problems are behind me. Now I'm too tired to post anything else! Till tomorrow. xxxx
